Inside The Factory
Where The Work Actually Happens.
We own the molding process directly — no middlemen between your design and the factory floor.
Compression molding in-house —Mold tooling is developed externally, but the conversion from mold to KPU molded upper happens on our floor, under our process control.
Where structure becomes real. — Polyurethane material, mold parameters, press conditions — each variable is set and held by our team, not subcontracted to someone who doesn't know your upper..
Production-ready. Documented. Consistent. — What leaves our facility is a KPU molded upper component — structurally stable, surface-finished, and ready for the next stage of your build..
Mold Development
We work hand-in-hand with trusted external mold factories, coordinating design, machining, and trial pressing on your behalf — you get one clear point of contact, faster feedback loops, and tighter control over revisions.
Minimum Order
Trial runs and small development batches are accepted. Small and large orders mainly differ in mold cost allocation. The mold can be reused, while color combinations remain flexible.
Sample → Production
From confirmed sample to first production batch. Mold preparation, parameter lock-in, and pilot run included — measured across recent projects.
