Challenge

Three production stages were split across three different suppliers. Sampling stalled, parameters drifted, and accountability disappeared between handoffs.

What We Did

Consolidated mold preparation, KPU compression molding, and backing integration under one coordinated process line -- with recorded parameters at every stage.

Result

Stable batch delivery, with sample-to-batch consistency held across repeat orders.

Reinforced Safety Footwear Upper

Structural molded upper for industrial safety shoes

Challenge

Early samples showed inconsistent bonding between the molded layer and backing fabric, and surface texture varied between trial runs.

What We Did

Adjusted heating, pressure, and demolding conditions against fixed mold preparation standards -- locking the parameter set before signing off the sample.

Result

Approved for batch production, with consistent texture and bonding performance shipment after shipment.

Client names and brand logos are withheld by agreement. Project details have been generalized.
